Warranty Coverage

ThisLimited Warranty applies only tophysical products purchased fromDecibel Defense and covers onlydefects in material or workmanship under normal use.

What We Offer

During thelifetime warranty period, we willrepair or replace defective products at no charge, using new or refurbished parts.Limit one free replacement per customer (USA only). Additional replacements will requireshipping and handling fees paid by the customer.

Exclusions

This warranty doesnot cover:

• Damage from improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

• Loss, theft, or damage from natural disasters

• Improper maintenance or external conditions

How to Request Warranty Service

1. Email us atcontact@decibeldefense.com to report the issue.

2. Provide photos of the damage (required for a replacement). If photos cannot be provided, the item may be mailed to Decibel Defense at the customer's expense.

3. Include your Order ID from Amazon or our website.
